In separate containers melt red and blue candy melts according to packaging instructions. Scoop the melted candy melts into different plastic bags. With scissors cut a small opening in one of the corners of the bag. Starting with the red candy melt, squeeze it into the inside of clear glass cups. Repeat step with the blue candy melt. Let the candy melt cool and harden. Dip the tip of each glass cup into vanilla frosting. Then dip it into the sprinkles.

In a blender combine milk and ice cream until smooth to make the milkshake.

Pour milkshake into the prepped glass cups. Top with whipping cream and sprinkles. I also added a patriotic straw to the shake. The flag on the straw can be found HERE under my BEST FREE PRINTABLE 4TH OF JULY DECORATIONS post. I converted cupcake toppers to straw flags by printing the toppers on heavy white 8.5×11 cardstock paper. Cut the circles out and then using a hole punch, create a hole at the top and bottom of the flag. I then put the straw through the circle.
