Total Time 30 minutes

  1. 2 cans sweetened condensed milk 14 oz cans

  2. 1/3 cup sour cream

  3. 2 limes for lime zest

  4. 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  5. 1 tbsp sugar

  6. 1 tsp vanilla

  8. 3/4 cup key lime juice

  9. yellow food coloring

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a bowl mix condensed milk, key lime juice, sour cream, and lime zest. Mix until well combined and smooth. Then add a generous mixture of green and yellow food coloring and mix until combined. Add pie mixture to crust and evenly distribute.

  3. Bake pie for 8-10 minutes (the pie will not move as much when shaken as compared to pre-bake).

  4. Let cool to room temperature on counter and them place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

  5. When it is time to serve the pie, combine whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla. With hand mixer, mix until peaks begin to form. Top pie with whipped cream and use the black Wilton sparkle gel to draw a spiderweb. Place a spider on top and serve.
