The last couple of years my husband has been asked to put together a gift for all of the mothers at our church. My husband being really busy meant that I helped a lot with them. I created these gift tags and have used them multiple times. We originally used them on chocolates but since then they have been used for several different gifts including flowers as pictured above.

Print on 8.5×11 heavy white cardstock paper. Each circle is 2 inches big and can be cut out with scissors or you can use a 2 inch hole punch to cut out the gift tags. I purchased my 2 inch Fiskars Circle Punch from Hobby Lobby. Then use a regular size hole punch to cut a hole at the top of the gift tag for a string to go through it to tie the tag to the gift.
