This Alfredo Sauce takes just 15 minutes to make and is packed full of flavor. I like to make this meal on busy days when I don’t have a lot of time to cook. This sauce pairs well with my spaghetti sauce but can also be served alone with fettuccine noodles or as a dip for a freshly baked baguette.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan on medium low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté garlic until fragrant approximately 30 seconds. Add flour and stir until mixed in. Add milk, heavy whipping cream, pepper and garlic salt and bring to a simmer.
Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
