Homemade Avocado Lime Pico

Homemade Avocado Lime Pico is an easy recipe to make.  It is a light and refreshing snack to eat during the heat of the summer or you can add it to any Mexican dish.  You can adjust the recipe by adding more of one vegetable and less of another to make it just the way you like.  I like to chop the veggies into smaller bite size portions for easy dipping.

Homemade Avocado Lime Pico

Prep Time 10 minutes


1 whole tomato

1 whole orange pepper

1 bunch of cilantro

1/2 small red onion

2 whole avocados

1 whole lime


  1. Chop the avocado, tomato, pepper, red onion into diced size pieces. (It can be chopped to any size you like.) Chop the cilantro up nice and thin so it will coat all the vegetables.

  2. Place all the chopped vegetables into a bowl and squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the top. Mix well.
